We designed a new open for Bad Romance, a series that explores betrayal and the unraveling of love.
The concept is built around a split-screen visual system, pairing soft, romantic imagery with darker, more unsettling counterparts. Contrast in tone, color, and composition creates tension between intimacy and unease, reflecting the emotional fracture at the center of each story.
The result is a visually driven opening that uses contrast and restraint to express the shift from romance to rupture.
